Sensors and Equipment

Except for ceilometers and lightning sensors, Mesotech does not design or manufacture sensors or interrelated equipment for use with weather systems. However, we do work with several reputable firms that supply high-quality, cost-effective sensors and parts for use in multiple applications. In addition to the sensors featured here, Mesotech can provide sensors that measure conductivity, dissolved oxygen, GPS, ice accretion, and soil heat flux. This accessory to the Mesotech MT-CH0001 and MT-CH0002 ceilometers allows for remote readability of ceilometer data, such as cloud base and vertical visibility.

Wind Tracker

As a portable accessory to any Mesotech wind sensor, this display provides clear readings of wind speed, peak gust, wind direction, and variable direction. A marine version is also available.
Evaporation

Class A Evaporation Pan/Graduated Hook Gauge and Station Equipment

The Mesotech evaporation equipment includes all the system components required to measure the amount of water lost each day to evaporation. Equipment for two methods of measurement is available: a graduated hook gauge for manual methods, and an analog output gauge for automated station.
