SACRAMENTO, CA, September 28, 2023 -- Mesotech International, Inc. was awarded a $31 million contract to provide Contractor Logistics Support for the United States Air Force’s Fixed Base Weather Systems. The contract includes engineering support, helpdesk, repair, installation, and system enhancements. Systems covered by the contract include the AN/FMQ-19, AN/FMQ-22, AN/FMQ-23, and Sensor Collection Appliance.
Under this contract, Mesotech will develop and deploy new data collection and dissemination solutions to advance the US Air Force’s weather data infrastructure. Mesotech will employ its extensive background in aviation weather systems to improve the reliability and reach of the USAF's meteorological data, ultimately enhancing mission planning, flight safety, asset protection, and decision-making capabilities.

The contract award was announced on September 5, 2023. The Aerospace Management Systems Division, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA2330-23-D-B001).
